The efficiency indicators comply with the provisions of Class 2 motor energy-saving value in GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Electric Motors".
This series of motors are made as explosion-proof type and are suitable for the power drive of mechanical equipment in explosive gas environments. The explosion-proof marking is ExdblMb, ExdbIAT(1-4)Gb, ExdbI/BT(1-4)Gb, ExdblCT(1-4)Gb. The temperature group is T1, T2, T3, T4. The frame size range of this series of motors is 63 - 355, and the power class and installation dimensions comply with the regulations of GB/T4722.1/EC60072-1 and GBT4772.2/IEC60072-2.
The use of I-shaped flange end covers, the application of quenching and tempering treatment for the rotating shaft, the high-frequency treatment of the oil seal, and the upgrading of the bearing grade can enhance the bearing's load-bearing capacity, increase the safety factor and extend the service life of the motor.
